Imprint
Regional Co-operative Government Movement, Sydney, 1991
Abstract

The Regional Co-operative Government Movement is "the non-political, educative arm of the Republican Party of Australia". It argues for constitutional change towards is model of decentralised Government. This model is laid out in full in this paper. It calls for the abolition of the Senate (and any form of upper house), abolition of the states, and a system of election based on the Swiss Conferedation.
