This pamphlets sets out to establish Menzies and Fadden as admirers of Hitler before the war and imitators of Hitler after it. It argues that the Bill defines any socialist as a communist and hence subject to the Bill's provisions. It also argues that the Act violates the UN charter, allows for the outlawing of any organisation, will lead to false accusations of communism and the smashing of trade unions, see people in the public service sacked, and deny people the right to trail by jury.
