- Abstract
"This final process document ... wasn't produced until January and was the outcome of months of discussion in the Facilitation working group and trialling different processes in the General Assemblies. It comes with its own flow chart, entitled 'How decisions are made at the Occupy Melbourne General Assembly'. I feel if we had that months earlier we would have been able to have much more productive assemblies. The lack of a settled GA process was a major problem for OM."
