Abstract

Identifies Aborigines as an "oppressed national minority". Upholds their rights "to exist and develop as a people, to live on their own lands or in the general community, according to their individual desires, to social equality with other Australian and to full citizen rights." Opposes both "enforced segregation and enforced assimilation."
